Ricki’s Dress

Super cute and flattering dress! Black and white. Ruching on chest area with wide band underneath to create empire style. Bottom is light and flowly with built in slip. The ties for the bow in the make are slightly wrinkled and there is some very minor discoloration on the straps. Other than that in excellent condition, it has only been worn once. Size L.
