Sep 06Reply

jgertjegerdesI'm from Ga! My husband & I also like to travel. We cruise twice a year. We have been married for 4 yrs. do you guys have any kids?

Sep 06Reply

sharlight01@jgertjegerdes Isn't travel the best? :) We head to visit Bethel NY and Canada in a few weeks! No kiddos for us just focusing on our service for now. :)

Sep 06Reply

jgertjegerdesYes! I love to travel! I have had the privilege of preaching in Mexico & Grand Cayman & others places because of it. My family is going to Bethel for a week in November! If I can save up enough money I can go too. I'm sure you guys will have fun. I have never been! No kids for us either right now.

Sep 06Reply

sharlight01@jgertjegerdes Yes, definitely money well spent. :) Glad we found eachother!

molingiyaHi Sharli! I'm a sister to! I'm from West Wendover, NV. Saw that u went to intl in Quito. I was there also! What a small world! I wasn't there as a delegate..My friends and I were there for six months and then for the intl they needed Spanish/English helpers so we got to help! :)

Sep 12Reply

sharlight01@molingiya Wow, Alejandra, that's so awesome! What a privilege to be able to help out there that long! What a great organization we have. :) And no wonder I saw so many cute things in your closet. Lol Know u have a home in Cali anytime. :)

Sep 14Reply

sharlight01@jacky1990 Hi Jackie! I was already following you! Haha! PR is a beautiful place, got to serve where the need is great there years ago. ;) Thx for saying hi and hugs from Cali! :)

Sep 14Reply

elizabethlobert@sharlight01 wait a moment. Are you one of Jehovahs Witnesses? International Convention? I live in Michigan and have been baptized since 1992. I'm 38 yrs old. I'm so excited.

Oct 15Reply

sharlight01@elizabethlobert Elizabeth! How incredible is that? Lol My hubby and I just turned 39 and we're both raised in the truth. :) In fact, we just got back Friday from visiting Bethel NY and Canada so we're on a spiritual high right now. :) So nice to cross paths with you! :)

Oct 15Reply

elizabethlobert@sharlight01 I could just cry right now. Jehovah certainly answers prayers in the craziest ways sometimes. I have been praying to meet some friends my age. I will give you my number 810 841 5322 please txt or call anytime. Are you on Instagram or facebook? On Instagram I am lobertelizabeth. On Facebook I am Elizabeth Lobert. I know social media is not for everyone. So so excited to meet you. And that dress is for the meetings. A cardigan in winter will keep it useful all year long.

Oct 15Reply

sharlight01@elizabethlobert Awesome! I'll send info in your package. :)

Oct 15Reply

elizabethlobert@sharlight01 that's great. I can't wait to receive it.

Nov 01Reply

sharlight01@rebeccaasantos Hi Rebecca! Always love meeting my sisters so thx for saying hi! I see you're new to Posh so careful b/c it can be addictive. Lol Let me know if u ever have questions about it at all. Enjoy mtng today! :)

Nov 01Reply

vintrageousShari. Thank you for sharing your beautiful family with us. I love your pics your mommy. She glows with happiness probably because she gets to be with previous daughter. Your hubby is handsome too. Since I am still on the steep learning curve can you give me some pointers? I saw 👀 that you told a Posher to bookmark 📚 you and I was wondering how that is done?

Nov 03Reply

sharlight01@vintrageous You're very sweet. :) Well Posh doesn't yet have an "official" way of bookmarking so what most do is find the page like this that each Posher SHOULD have and I just like it so that it'll be in my list of likes for easy finding. As you know though, your likes will become many so I then made another listing which I'll tag you in.....

Nov 03Reply

giovanebelleHi sister. 😘

Nov 18Reply

seakoemmHey sis. Whenever I come across a pic of nicely dressed people I always check to see if they are witnesses. And this is the 1st time I was right for checking since I've started on here recently. Have a great week. Sending sunshine from Florida ☀️

Jan 15Reply

kowsari@sharlight01 Hey! I thought you where someone special! I'm also a sister. I'm from Rancho Cucamonga, not to far from you :) By the way my hubby and I love to travel also!

Jan 22Reply

sharlight01@kowsari No way! And we're so close! It's funny cuz whenever anyone asks for the length on dresses it makes me wonder. Lol What hall are u in?

Jan 22Reply

kowsari@sharlight01 I know! I have to always check lengths. First thing I ask unless it's listed. I'm in the Persian group located in Rancho. The Cong that is sponsoring is Vineyard. Have you been to the Hall in Rancho?

Jan 22Reply

sharlight01@kowsari How cool! Are u Persian or did u take the class? We recently visited the hall with windows. Forgot the name of the congregation. Anyhow, I thought I would have time to check the dress this morning but I was running late for service. I will touch base this afternoon. :)

Jan 22Reply

sharlight01@kowsari Sorry for the hold up, just got in. :) The dress is actually in better shape than I remembered. Slight pilling under the armpits and a little on bust isn't very visible. The dress is still bright but doesn't look brand new. It's apparent that it's been washed a few times but not to the point where it looks overly faded. Hope that helps some? FYI, I needed to wear a little tank under cuz it goes a little low in front. :)

Jan 22Reply

kowsari@sharlight01 I'm learning to speak the language. My husband is half Persian and used to speak it but has to re-learn. Yes you went to the Hall that we meet in..had a lot of windows :) Hope to meet you one day soon!

Jan 23Reply

sharlight01@kowsari Absolutely would love to meet! I already know we'd hit it off cuz we have similar tastes in clothes. Lol I'm pioneering so I'm always looking for a change of scenery for service. :) For future ref, my email is sharlight@verizon.net.

Jan 23Reply

kowsari@sharlight01 I just sent you an email :)

Jan 23Reply

familydealsI just read your profile! The "International Convention" caught my attention! Who would think I'd sell a dress to my sister on poshmark! Had no idea.....@sharlight01

Feb 03Reply

sharlight01@familydeals Sis!!! How crazy is that?? Lol What a nice surprise and it makes sense I bought from you because it's hard to find modest dresses these days. ;) So glad we crossed paths so be sure you tag me when you put up new dresses. :)

Feb 03Reply

Feb 07Reply

sharlight01@sammy63 The Banana pencil skirt in sand that's listed is a 12 but runs small, IMO. Will keep the rest in mind. Last time we talked I know you were only able to trade so just so u know I'm really only looking to sell right now. Thx! :)

Feb 07Reply

sammy63@sharlight01 I made some sales so I have money if I see something my style I understand

Feb 22Reply

palmbeachcocoI caught the JW at the very beginning. So lively to meet you! I was raised in the truth and fell away for over 20 years, I recently started going back to meetings and have a regular study. I need dresses for the meetings! I've gained some weight & my regular 10 & 12s don't fit! ☹. Used to live in Thousand Oaks, now back to my home state of Fl. Miss Cali! So great to meet you, if only thru Posh. I'm buying one of your dresses today. Take care!

Feb 28Reply

sharlight01@palmbeachcoco Nancy, so nice to meet you! And that's the great thing about serving Jehovah is that "home" is anywhere that has a KH! :) Welcome back to the fold. Sending a big hug your way!

Feb 29Reply

sharlight01@resas_closet You too Resa, thx! 😊

Feb 29Reply

fashionmoxieGreat closet! I am fairly new to poshmark. I like how you have your closet organized by category. How do you do that? Mine rearranges after every time I share an item. Thank you!

Feb 29Reply

sharlight01@fashionmoxie Thx Summer! And for being new, you certainly have a great collection going! :) Yes, I wish Posh would change that. :( All that means is that when I share, I share my whole category to put it back in order again. A bit cumbersome but at the same time, it forces me to share my items a lot and thus get more exposure! I'm here to help anytime so never hesitate to ask! :)

Feb 29Reply

keenoliveHi Shar, I saw your rating on the bundle you purchased. I am glad you love the dress and am sorry you are unhappy with how the blouse arrived. I just want to assure you that in no way did I launder the shirt after taking the photo so it has not been shrunk or altered in any way. It was stored with other clothing, so I can only think that the fabric is unforgiving to folding and should steam or iron out perfectly.

Oct 03Reply

sharlight01@keenolive I've had that happen to me before too so I'm gonna go ahead and change my rating. I appreciate your response. Thx!

Oct 03Reply

keenolive@sharlight01 thank you! I was just hoping to reassure you. Thank you for your kindness!

gaderadeHello there I purchased a pair of boots from you recently but I can’t zip them up because they are too small. I just was wondering if I could return them to you. I am new to Poshmark and don’t know how to go about this. Thank you for your time, Melinda Sator

Aug 11Reply

sharlight01@gaderade Hi Melinda! I'm so bummed to hear they weren't a good fit for you because they're so cute! Posh does have a return policy but they only give the buyer three days to request a return and after that there is no recourse unfortunately. 😕 I'm so sorry about that. I know it's happened to me on many occasions when I don't request it on time but what I end up doing is reselling it on Posh. You are more than welcome to use my pictures if you would like to try to do that. 😊

Aug 11Reply

gaderadeHey there, thank you so much for the info! 😊 I know they are so cute!! Anyways thank you for your time - Melinda

Feb 15Reply

palmbeachcoco@demilehr2 Thank you, you have no idea how much I needed that! I now live in NC, have been for a little over a year. Within the past 6 months I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma I have very few options for long term success, the most current treatment is chemo infusion then stem cell transplant (my own) MM is a disease of the blood in the bone marrow. The only Doc I can find who does “bloodless “ surgery is Dr. Ford in Pennsylvania so I am headed to see her Tues. for first time.

Feb 15Reply

sharlight01@palmbeachcoco I'm so sorry Nancy. 😥 Keep doing your part by maintaining your spiritual routine and Jehovah will never fail doing his part in helping you every step of the way. Will keep you in prayer, sis. Plz read Ps 112:7. 💕

brendamichelle1Hi sister! I love meeting fellow JW friends here on Poshmark. I just started selling on here in September so if there's any tips you can share, I'd greatly appreciate it. My husband and I are regular pioneers in the Portuguese congregation and we like to go out to participate in campaigns so selling on here helps us with that. This past year we were able to go to Mozambique and we're hoping to go back soon

Feb 02Reply

sharlight01@brendamichelle1 Hi Brenda! What a cutie you are! 😊 Mozambique must've been awesome! We have some friends serving as missionaries there. :) Posh has been wonderful for me but we do a lot of traveling for LDC so I just don't have the time to keep up with it anymore. All I can say is Share, Share, Share! It'll always be the best way to get traffic thru your closet. I'll be sure to share your items! 😘

Feb 02Reply

sharlight01@suzienjaz Hi Suzie! So nice to meet you! Thx for your hard work in your assignment! Posh has been great for me too but we are gone a lot for LDC so it's become too much trying to field questions and ship in good time so I'm letting go of the business part of it and just gonna sell my personal things after that's done. :) I'm in the High Desert, SoCal. Where in Cali are u?

Feb 29Reply

amberlane1981Is this sale still going on?

Apr 21Reply

sharlight01@amberlane1981 Hi, yes I'm still trying to close but just not in as much a hurry to do so now that we're quarantined. Lol Selling low to break even but not giving away stuff u know.

gingerrn2015Hi! I love to have eclectic stuff in my closet, stop by if you like. I ship super fast and I'm a top rated seller. Of course, I discount on bundles and love to haggle, so be prepared 🙃. Also, since I'm in your closet, I hope you like me sharing your stuff!

fashionsaloon_4Good for you sister. Did you list fresh items daily while pioneering?

Jul 28Reply

sharlight01@fashionsaloon_4 Hello my sis! For about 4 yrs I did list if not every day then every other day. It got to the point where we were out of town too long and too often for LDC so it was too much to keep up with. Now I have the time but had already committed to letting go of the business aspect of it so just going to continue posting my own items from time to time. 😊💕

Jul 28Reply

fashionsaloon_4@sharlight01 I started selling back in 2009 on another venue, because I saw how successful some sellers were. In fact, I wasn't even looking to sell on line. I was looking for a second part time job. A very successful seller started telling us how much she made each month. I thought selling online was the answer to my prayers, since I was laid off. However, I never reached my selling goals, but I still enjoy doing it as a hobby. I guess I have to list 25 items per week and keep sharing.

Hoping it’s possible to expedite shipping and use FedEx or UPS, so they can be received by Saturday morning, at the latest. Please be in touch re: feasibility and pricing for faster shipping method. Thanks so much.

Dec 22Reply

sharlight01@salsa1107 Hi there, thx for reaching out. I like to ship orders out ASAP so I hate to tell u that they were already picked up earlier today. 😕 With the holiday rush I'm not sure what day they will arrive but the tracking should update tonight so we will cross our fingers! 🤞

sewretroHello Sharlie from a spiritual sister. My congregation is in rural East Texas. We have a fairly small congregation. It is so nice to “meet” another member of my worldwide spiritual family.

Feb 24Reply

sharlight01@sewretro Hi sis, thx so much for saying hi! I hope you and your congregation are all doing ok after the extreme weather you've had! In Pioneer School this wk so will be sure to return the shares as soon as I'm able. 💕

Feb 24Reply

sewretro@sharlight01 Hi Shari, Thanks so much for all of the shares. I hope you enjoyed Pioneer School. Field service is so different now that we can’t go door-to-door. My congregation is in a small rural area, so the majority of our territory is rural. Getting addresses has been a challenge. I must say that our meeting attendance is definitely up since we started having them on Zoom. Stay strong and safe my sister.❤️🙏

Mar 02Reply

sharlight01@sewretro Yes, amazing how much we're still being fed spiritually isn't it? I know each territory has its own challenges but we know all our efforts don't go unnoticed. :) Sending hugs!
