Vintage red and silver ring French brand Scooter Paris that was launched in the 1970's.
'Scooter' engraved on ring. I don't know what the red material is - maybe resin. Some wear visible on silver surface (see photo) that I believe is silver plated. Bought in France in early 200O's.
