The material on this dress is lovely. I believe it is high end. Feels like butter and flows so nicely. Classy sparkly beading around neckline of dress and jacket. Darts and seams in all the right places. Lined. The dress alone is just stunning. The jacket takes it to another level - in my opinion, a mother of the bride or groom. See pics for measurements.
