nancylfunkGood morning! You may have realized it already but you got African inspired skirt mixed up with someone else's package. I received shoes and colored pencils. I contacted poshmark but I don't know if you should as well. It's no biggie except I really like the skirt!

Jun 02Reply

houseofhalima@nancylfunk :) thank you for contacting me. I am so sorry about the mix up, I just became aware. Please request a return label and we will get this resolved asap!

Jun 02Reply

travsgirl2005I purchased a dress about a week ago. Could you please tell me when it will be shipped? Thank you!

Jan 09Reply

houseofhalima@travsgirl2005 Hi there. The dressed has shipped, however it is not tracking. Shipped 2 days after purchase and indicated on the "reminder to ship" notification. Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue with USPS and no way to track until it is scanned.

Jan 10Reply

travsgirl2005@houseofhalima thank you! I will keep an eye out for it! Shipping has been quite interesting lately.😊

Jan 10Reply

houseofhalima@travsgirl2005 Yes, it truly has (🙄), thank you for understanding. The dress is beautiful. Enjoy!

Jan 10Reply

travsgirl2005@houseofhalima I can’t wait!! 😍I have been looking for this dress ever since I regretted not buying it in the store! I was ecstatic to find it!!

Jan 10Reply

houseofhalimaAll recent orders. Firstly, thank you for supporting HOH, we appreciate your support. All packages where dropped off to the US Post Office on the 4th and have not scanned or been returned to me - thank you for your patience while the Post Office processes the shipment. Sadly, tracking information is not available, since the items where not scanned. #remainpositive

Jan 11Reply

houseofhalima@travsgirl2005 👋 your order has "finally" begun to track. I am at a loss as to why it took this long, just happy to report that your dress is on the way.

Jan 12Reply

travsgirl2005@houseofhalima oh yay!! I was hoping it would register in soon! Thank you for the update!!
