Sleeveless Rope-Belt Dress

Casual blue sleeveless dress with a built-in rope belt. Has a cool patterned section at the shoulders. Super soft and comfy, gently worn as a bathing suit throw when I was in high school. It’s a large, so it’s a bit too big for me now, but I hope it finds a new home! 💙
