I am wearing the S and am 112 lb, this is a fitted style and I truly think the L would fit her as well (the difference in sizes is only 1"), this isn't one of those big oversized coats or anything.

I have the measurements listed in my first comment. I also have had lots of buyers who are an M buy the L and said it is the perfect fit 💜
