Hard to tell from the photographs-is this a Lycra swimsuit with a lot of stretch? Like is it suppose to fit tight or more like a loose boxer?

@edmontonguy no it’s a tight fit speedo I’m pretty small and it doesn’t fit me had in my swim suit case with others my wife must have bought this lol
