Good used condition. Flattering stretchy shorts from Design Lab. Front zip with clasp.
I would say the waist is mid-high rise. An attached belt helps cinch the waist.
Unsure of fabric composition as there is no fabric tag. I can't recall if this was always the case or if I cut off the tag at some point.
