Overall good condition with a few scuffs and watermarks (see pictures) soles of boots in excellent condition. Can be worn with tops rolled down or with tops up (see picture) note wearing rolled down will show more wear.

@elihoward66 hi! I wasn’t entirely sure how to measure that so I’ve added two pictures, one with flat measurements ~7 inches and one when I had the boot on,~ 15 inches around and I still had a bit of room
