Look no further…this beautiful dress was worn primarily for pictures in 2021 and is in pristine condition! My girl is 5’3” and had two inch heals with this dress. Was hemmed slightly at front, tacked on the shoulders to fit 34 bust (which can be undone or tacked more depending on bust size). Waist is 27 inches (this was not altered) Has been professionally cleaned.
