A beautiful dress with stunning bead work around the upper body, and an elegant bottom part that's very light and airy. This is my mom's dress and it honestly feels like the picture don't do it justice, but alas, that's what we got. That tag doesn't have the material listed but for the price and the feel of the fabric, we're confident that it's chiffon.
