bellesblues Oh… well PTP measurement is Pit to Pit measurement. Lay garment flat, then measure armpit to armpit. The measurement should be around 26” for a 2X top. Every top will have a PTP measurement corresponding to with the size. As not every size is the same, the PTP tells a more accurate fit.
