Just an FYI - the box the post office has me use was large and I didn’t want the item shifting around (I wrapped it in bubble wrap, but it is still small compared to the box), so I taped it to the inside of the box. I wanted to make sure you realized it was taped inside the box - it is really light weight and I don’t want you to think it is empty. 😊 I hope you enjoy them!

I sent it back to you in the exact same sized box they sent it to me in and yes it was folded in quarters😢 I assumed that is how you sent it to them... that is horrible they tried to fold it up and cram it in that box! it is a beautiful bag I was bummed out didn't work out but would be furious if I was you! again I'm so sorry they messed your bag up!! you should contact posh support
