Top With Ruffled Cap Sleeves

Reposhing this item I purchased from @karenbooth007. It is a pretty top with ruffled cap sleeves in a radiant Cobalt Blue colur Perfect as a stand -alone piece in the summer and under a light cardigan or blazer in the fall. This top was made in China. The label says it is a size Medium but I think that by North American standards it is an X-Sm because the measurements are: Length - 17" Pit to Pit - 15" Cap Sleeve - 2" The fabric is 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex.
