dianaustral @dretoronto yea, I can help 😊 Use a little bit of nail polish with a cotton pad and wait for 45secs & rub it. If it gets lighter blue, It is not turquoise. Also, check for white dots on the rocks as that is also an indication that was painted. Good luck
