Unique vintage hat

beautiful sheer beach or brunch hat, passed down from my mom, as it just sat in storage she said. it's slightly snug on me so I think it should go to someone who can use it. one tiny mark on the inside, although I'm sure it can be cleaned I just haven't tried. will send measurements for anyone interested.
