Excellent condition. Flat measurements (double for circumference) Bust: 18” Waist: 17” Length: 22” Inside tag has a red splotch (see picture). It has shoulder pads. Tag says dry clean but I’ve put it in the wash on gentle cycle/hung to dry without issue. :) Any questions? Just ask.
