Vintage or antique decorative plate, made in Germany, with a hand-painted, textural, yellow rose design. The plate features a hand-painted yellow rose bouquet in the center, with a gradient background that transitions from a light blue to a dark green/black at the bottom. It has a scalloped, gold-gilded rim. •Good pre-owned condition. No chips or cracks.
