ya30_m @pounehhassani I am 5.2 foot or 160 cm. My waist size is 26 ~ 27. These have elastic at the back so you don’t have to worry about the waist size too much.

ya30_m @pounehhassani it’s 32cm flat and can be stretch to 43cm. But as you can see on the picture it sits higher than your waist.
