thealiciayingHey girl! For some weird reason, I haven't received my package from you. The tracking says that it delivered, but it is nowhere to be found 😭 I've even checked my neighbor's mailboxes but they didn't have it either. This is the first time I've ever not had something arrive. So weird!! Is there anything we can do?

May 24Reply

tobethebest@thealiciaying hello my love, sorry for hearing about that. I sold a lot of items on posh, 2-3 times buyer claims they didn’t receive their package, it’s weird. I selling on eBay before for couple years and never had claim about tracking say delivered, but buyer didn’t receive package. Please inform posh. Sorry about that. It’s nothing I can do.

Aug 17Reply

catmacnewHello, I’m confused why I have 2 orders for the teddy. I only wanted 1 of this item.

Oct 13Reply

tobethebest@catmacnew you accidentally bought 2 times, once you receive the 2nd one, please open a case with Poshmark right away, you may be able to return it, that’s Poshmark decision. Thank you

Oct 13Reply

catmacnewThe duplicate order was bc you submitted an offer to me for the item with discounted shipping after I had already placed an order. I thought you were offering to reduce shipping on my order so I accepted. Then you shipped me a wrong item and I’m expected to further be inconvenienced by shipping it to correct buyer, stillno solution on my issue. I’m planning to dispute the charge for the duplicate order with my credit card this morning since you and poshmark have not been willing to resolve.

Oct 23Reply
