This appears to be very close to a design from the 1940s/50s called "California Ranch" with the chevroned pockets and pearly snap buttons. There are no tags aside from the tag stating the neck size (14.5) but it is a heavy-weight workshirt and is actually very flattering in the torso for a female as well!
