slinhs @themoneygossip Hello - I had to send an email inquiry about the return. The standard return rule for PM is 72 hours. I accepted shipment and hung the jacket up to air out. I only noticed when I went to put it on to wear it. I did let them know the you agreed with the return. I did receive an email back saying that the team is working on it and that they were updating their email system. I hope this helps. I think it’s confusing and there is no way to call them. 🙋🏽‍♀️
