ashejone Hey, I received a package from you I think and it wasn’t something I ordered from you. Im trying to figure out how to send you a private message with a picture of the item (gray shoes) and it had a thank you card from your boutique. Just want to make it right for whoever did order this item.

I haven’t sold any gray shoes on this platform in awhile, and the shoes I shipped that were gray show they haven’t been delivered yet, and I sold those on another platform. What delivery service delivered this package? Also, what was the tracking number on the box if you don’t mind me asking? Thank you for reaching out!!!

chelsadaisy @ashejone that is my business, but the weird thing is I never shipped a package with this tracking number, ever. So I don’t understand how my business card is in the package…like that’s so weird lol. What name is on the return address for shipping? Sorry, I don’t really know what to say or do lol, this is so weird.

chelsadaisy @ashejone what in the heavens did FedEx do?… okay I just figured out what happened but I don’t know how lol…is there a way you can have this returned to sender? FedEx messed up and put a new label on the box but put the wrong address, which is why you got the package. I’m SO SORRY!!!!! I’ve never had this happen before 💕💕💕

ashejone @chelsadaisy I’m just concerned they won’t end up where they need to go and you won’t get paid. I pulled up the mailing label and saw the actual one from you to someone else. But FedEx put a label to me in top of it for some reason

chelsadaisy @ashejone I can’t mention the other platform because Poshmark doesn’t allow it, but it starts with an M lol. I shipped them to Tammy through that other platform lol.

ashejone @chelsadaisy Yes, I will take it to FedEx and explain. Just let the other person know about the delay because it might take me a couple days to get there. I’ll try to go Thursday on my lunch break from work. Unfortunately Fed Ex is not close to home or work for me, but I will definitely take it there!
