The sweater arrived in a timely manner, is cute and as described. While it’s not damaged, it arrived damp and had an unpleasant moldy odor. Luckily Dryell worked its magic and rectified the issues. It is plausible that both issues could have been caused by packaging that was not leak proof and exposure to rain, so I don’t want to knock the seller any stars. My recommendation is for buyers to request waterproof packaging for delicate products to any seller they purchase from. I would happily pay extra for that protection. Again, to be clear, this is not a knock on the seller, and I am not asking for anything as the issue was resolved easily. :)
