Poor packaging. Wrapped in a small piece of bubble wrap and thrown in a large plastic black mailer bag. Easily could have been lost. Seller blocked me upon asking questions about her products. Would use caution when ordering. Sent the same order twice and spent over $200 on “James Avery” charms. Pictures are of used charms and ones I was sent were new. Authenticity questioned and that’s when I was no longer able to contact seller-commenting disabled. I Received my second order and took it to James Avery and they were able to confirm that they were not authentic charms. The quality was terrible. Would not buy from the seller and would he use extreme caution when doing so.
