3ftimesthecharm - Your package arrived this afternoon & I simply love my new hat! The box was caved in, but this gorgeous teal green faux suede hat still arrived in perfect condition. Of course, I tried it on immediately, & was a little disappointed it was loose - I may have a big mouth, but a small head. Then I saw them, the great 2 little satin ribbons that allowed me to tighten the head band, & like magic, it fit like a dream! BTW, you’re totally right about your closet. There are even more goodies now than when I first viewed it. Your offerings are stunning, the photos are dramatic, & you carry an amazing variety of items. (I’ve already found a couple of new things I’d like to get, so I’ll send you my new bundle soon.) Mostly I want to thank you for your kind & generous offer that made it possible for me to get this lovely winter hat. I’ll cherish it for years to come.
