One of the backpacks zipper has a manufacturer flaw. You’re able to zip it, just not smooth like the other one. Hubby is trying to figure out how to fix it since the backpack is for my son. Something Stoney clover is known for is the great quality of their zippers so I’m kind of bummed. Seller didn’t disclose so I assume she wasn’t aware since the bag was nwot. So I’m rating her for everything else, not the one thing that could be easily overlooked. Great packaging! Fast shipping! Responsive! My son is so happy with this print thank you!
