I was sad to see that the dress was just thrown into a polymailer and shipped. Also, there were alot of loose strings at the bottom and it wasnt new with tags. There was no tag. I understand if the item is new. Thats great but its supposed to have all the original tags for it to be NWT. For $15 I got what I paid for.
