Thank you for the shoes. Great shape! Unfortunately, these were shipped 4 days after I purchased. Received them 8 Days later. I needed them for a specific time. I was not aware you were out of town, you didn't have you vacation mode on, and that's why you were not responding or getting back to me, when I kept asking when you were shipping. Please let me know if you need any help setting up your vacation mode so this doesn't happen in the future.
