I’m not sure that this was new…. No box and there was already liquid in the spray nozzle indicating it’s been sprayed. But I have to say it took an act of God to get into the packaging. Why? Taping the cap on, ok- I guess I understand that. But removing the tape destroyed the labeling on the bottle. Not sure why it was wrapped and taped and bubble wrapped and taped more - then shoved in bags and then another bag and then a box?? Lol Took a while for seller to ship it to but who knows what someone else is dealing with so at least it got here eventually. :) I think the wrapping was her way to ensure it didn’t leak- although I almost gave up even trying to open the dang thing lol
