The item arrived just as it was described and I love it!! The packaging was gift wrapped and it seems that care was taken when sending however the package arrived with the gift wrap torn and the box was literally opened at one end, which I think that the postal carriers opened it. I appreciate the care that you took for the presentation upon receiving the package... and the computer bag is very nice and in perfect, brand new condition.
