Firstly, I want to say that the item is in excellent condition and it was shipped out very promptly—all very much appreciated. That said, it is an over size wool coat that was stuffed into a very small box. As a result, it has wrinkles that will only come out with professional steam pressing. In future, I would recommend better care in packaging bulky items.
