The postal service was not kind to your box. The file organizer was smashed and the sign was chipped. I think it adds character to the sign and the organizer was bent back into place by my husband. No biggie! Consider using some Walmart bags or newspaper to pad items in the future so you won’t get a bad review. I would hate for the postal service to give you a bad rep. I do love my items though! Great seller and a great price!
