Product took a fairly average period of time to arrive & was in perfect condition exactly as the seller described it--new & unused. I LOVE this product & I am thankful I found it (& the seller as well). It was a pleasure buying from her & I would definitely buy from her again & I highly recommend that others do as well. I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to get this done! It's been a crazy week. Anyway, I did receive the item in perfect condition EXACTLY as described & VERY carefully packaged. I'm in LOVE with this product! It's a little miracle worker & I thank you so much for it & for being so gracious & patient, while I was working out credit card issues. **THANK YOU so much for the little hairties!!! I love them! They're so cute & you didn't have to do that but I appreciate that you did. ; )
