Edited: This item arrived later than anticipated, and at first I mistook a separate order for this one. The item I ordered is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition with a lovely note from the seller included. Excellent. And when I wrote the 1-star review before, the seller was clear that the packaging I photographed was not one they would use. My apologies to the seller, and thank you for a kind and straightforward reply My original mistaken review: Wrong item arrived. Item that did arrive is defective as well, but not even the actual item. Will update review if response is positive.
