Package arrived in perfect condition. The KJL necklace was secure inside a large heavy cardboard mailing box inside a bubble wrap mailing envelope wrapped in heavy layers of tissue paper. The necklace is in brand new condition with full tag included & just fabulous. The necklace is stunning & the quality & design & workmanship is amazing. I am thrilled with the beauty & value of this purchase &have the coordinating bracelet & ring to make the complete set. I appreciate the thank you note enclosed & the lovely packaging.
