Love the purse. I did have to clean the inside out when I received it. It had some trash crumbs in the bottom and dark human & white animal hair in it. I ran my sweater trimmer over the piling fuze balls. I wiped it off with mild cleaner. The outside has what appeared to be dried food on it. It came off. You may want to wipe down next time or point out in pictures this stuff is there. I gave full rating because we are all learning on every sale. Love the size, fringe, lightweight, and length of strap. Great bag! Merry Christmas to you.
