The seller did a great job of getting the beautiful Kent Pottery Bird ceramic mug shipped off to me just a couple of days before Christmas and I received the mug in excellent condition on Christmas Eve--with plenty of time to wrap & present it as a special gift to my oldest son on Christmas Day.
