You have no idea how many times I have to reach out to the seller for information about what is going on with the item. I really appreciate that. The jacket is in phenomenally great condition. It looks just as good as it did in their pics, if not better. I love it! Also thank you so much for the way you packaged it. We’ve had some rough weather in Texas but it arrived unscathed. Thank you for everything you have done for me with this sale.

Love love❣️ Best customer service here on PM. She private message me to “Thank me” for my purchase & when to expect my delivery. Then she contacts me again b/c one candle is missing… she offered to replace it with a much better deal. I was speechles. She also covered the extra weight. 📦😱 She’s ahhhmazing & I’m not only happy but sooo grateful for what she did…a beautiful act of kindness💟💟💟 CHULA
