even tho there were a few issues with my purchase, once the seller contacted me about my concerns everything made sense and it was certainly not her fault. Because she was so kind and genuinely concerned about my feelings and has offered to tried to get a partial refund I’m giving her 5 stars. To me its just as important for someone on here to give great customer service as it would be in a retail store and she was wonderful! I would buy from her again just based on how well she treated me and was so open and sweet. The item is still a beautiful dress and I’m excited to wear it for my wedding.
