My charm did not come with the original James Avery protective bag or box & it is also missing the additional loop to connect to bracelet. But that could’ve been a missed read detail on my part. The charm itself is has a really faded water mark but it is still super cute & seems to be good condition otherwise. Giving a 5 star because ship time & seller response was excellent
