The tightening strap on the back is cut. The product is definitely affected overall as now the strap is almost too short for my head. This wasn’t addressed in the description, and it’s near impossible to discern based on the picture posted. Anyway, feels a bit dishonest. EDIT : This seller was quick to amend the problem and offered a full refund. I appreciated the speediness & desire to make things right.
