Seller was nice but the package was lost in transit for almost a week. When it finally arrived, there was NO outter package. They were shipped in a see through plastic bag with the shipping label just placed inside. And worse, was the fact that the label wasn't even cut with scissors, it was wetted with saliva and torn. Disgusting. Only rating 5 stars so others are aware of the lack of care put into packaging, I have no idea what the curlers went through and feel like the seller was dishonest about how she shipped the item. Also the lack of love note ratings on her page even though she has made multiple sales is concerning. Had she shipped in an envelope as she claims, the shipping label would have tape on it.
