Keyboard arrived quickly and in original packaging but clearly does not work. Will not hold charge nor connect to the iPad Update … the owner has offered to ship a new one. Very kind and appreciated! The item was indeed brand new so they had no way of knowing it was not working. Wonderful customer service 😊
