The seller is honest and quick to respond. Please be aware, due to shipping originally packaged goods there is a chance that a crease may form depending on how the ORIGINAL manufacturer packed the bag. Over time (and once taken out of the box), you should expect any creases in leather to resolve. Moral of the story, great seller with quick feedback and honest and fair communication!
