I was amazed to find my package beautifully wrapped (I mean gorgeous!) with a lovely thank you card enclosed. Really over the top customer experience and just the box alone made be smile. Thank you for making my day!!! And the boots are a replacement for a very well worn, much loved pair of the same. So very happy to be wearing a much newer version now. :)
