The item I purchased did not arrive as described. The I thought i purchased a silver watch but it came in gold instead. Personally I don’t mind the difference and am very happy with the purchase, but other customers might. The packaging of the item was great and was well protected from possible damage in its delivery. The watch was also in great condition as described other than being gold when it was listed as silver.
