Great communication, exceptional price, compared to others & in general. Very kind & respectful. Seller prides herself on the happiness of her customers! Small hiccup/minor human error when packing my order. Different size of the same item was packed & I ended up getting the wrong size item. But right a way, this seller was willing to do whatever she could to fix the issue, as well as offered reassurance/patience, as she knew that the order was very important to me. It was an easy fix. Was sent out promptly & I received the correct size & item was exactly as described! Also received a beautiful gift! It was one of the recent hearted items that I had liked on her page. Seller previously made offer on said item but I couldn't afford it. Seller sent it for free, adding it to my package for the inconvenience. I feel that his seller goes above & beyond for her customers. It is much appreciated. I 10/10 recommend!
