Thank you for the nice shoes! The post office took twelve days to deliver your package, which is clearly marked "3-day priority mail." On Aug 27 it was in Greensboro, NC, and later that night Jacksonville, FL, the last stop before they truck it here. Then they sent it back to Greensboro, and then to Jacksonville again on the 28th, where it spent 4 days. Maybe you could get a refund from them on your shipping cost!
